A modern streaming protocol that survives bad networks better than RTMP. Used for IRL streaming backpacks and remote production.

- RTMP
The protocol (Real-Time Messaging Protocol) your streaming software uses to deliver video to Twitch, YouTube, or Kick. You'll mostly see it when setting up a custom server.
- IRL stream
'In Real Life' streaming — broadcasting from the real world (walks, travel, cooking, events) instead of games, usually from a phone or portable kit.
- Ingest server
The platform server that receives your stream. Picking one near you (usually automatic) means lower latency and fewer dropped frames.
